About Us
Bonny Lafave
Bonny Lafave established her first connection to WRIS when she met Charlie Meyers at Denison University. A Spanish major and English minor, Bonny also thought she wanted to be a lawyer. She began law school in Chicago before determining that the world of consulting was a better fit for her.
Through a Management Training Program at Lord and Taylor, Bonny moved into retail consulting which brought her to Bethesda, Maryland. Bonny soon took on a role in staffing and recruiting, and in 1995 she relocated to Cleveland to recruit for the Computer Task Group for the next six years. Bonny then spent time at Brulant and in 16 months hired 200 individuals to join the interactive marketing company.
Looking for balance in her life, she easily transitioned to Perceptis and managed the Case Western Reserve University account. There she was a part of a team that set up the help desk for the University, as well as consulting with the head IT group on special projects. It was at this time that she began conversing with her old college friend, Charlie, about the opportunity to work with WRIS.
Bonny joined the company in 2007 and quickly began to improve company processes, develop career paths, and standardize offerings at WRIS. Although she never imagined herself in a sales role, Bonny is now the Web Services Director and finds herself enjoying and excelling in her dual sales and management roles.

"I must say that you all are an amazing bunch of people. The updates Adam made created a page that looks a lot like the original hard copy. Your response time and your diligence are what makes WRIS such a great company. Thank you again for listening to our needs." - Stephanie Penkal

Hobbies = my kids. :) All my time is spent with them. I also love reading, good music, and shopping!
