When you’ve been in this business as long as we have, you get to see a lot of technological breakdowns. We’ve experienced those “Why now?!” moments, and the frustration of waiting for help. That’s precisely why we keep tech support in-house. When you call our support line, the phone rings in our office in Cleveland, Ohio, not some call center in who knows where.
 
Our support team is on duty Monday through Friday, and reachable 24/7 (216-464-5048 x218, support@wris.com). When a ticket comes in, it’s assigned a project number and distributed to the entire team. The appropriate staff member takes charge and follows up to diagnose and treat as quickly as possible. Glitches are inevitable; a slow response isn’t. 

Support Alert

On the morning of Saturday, August 22, 2015, we will be moving the server
that houses the websites of some of our clients to a different data center location.
If you are one of these clients, you should have already received an email alerting you to this move.

You can expect approximately 2 hours of downtime between the hours of 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. that morning.
This consolidation of resources is necessary and will allow us to achieve improved redundancy and connectivity.
We are making every attempt to minimize the impact to your organization.
