Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a full-time CFML Developer to join our fast-paced and growing development team. This role will assist with the design & development of an HR system for one of our largest clients and other projects as assigned. 

Responsibilities:

  • Development of an HRIS using the latest ColdFusion and web development technologies
  • Modernization and support of legacy ColdFusion applications
  • Designing and developing web solutions in a variety of contexts

Desired

  • Ability to get up to speed quickly with systems and processes related to onboarding, payroll, benefits, and general HR services
  • Experience working in an agile & traditional web application development environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting 
  • Willing to take notes and ask questions
  • Great time management skills and work ethic
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • A good sense of humor

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years CFML experience (Adobe ColdFusion 9+)
  • Experience with MSSQL and or MySQL
  • Familiarity with ColdFusion MVC frameworks (ColdBox, FW/1, CFWheels)
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, VueJS, AngularJS, or ReactJS)
  • Experience using Bootstrap or Foundation for CSS styling
  • Docker experience is a plus
