Hillsborough County faced an unprecedented challenge following a devastating storm that left thousands of properties severely damaged. Homeowners needed a way to report property damage to qualify for property tax relief, but no structured system existed. WRIS quickly developed a custom Property Damage Reporting Hub, providing a seamless solution for capturing claims and assisting appraisers in managing property tax adjustments.

University of Pennsylvania: Enhancing and Supporting Critical Digital Infrastructure
When WRIS Web Services had the opportunity to bid on the University of Pennsylvania’s iPenn Enhancements Project, we eagerly took on the challenge. With a 40-page list of requirements, we saw an opportunity to modernize and improve a mission-critical ColdFusion-based application. The successful completion of this project led to an ongoing partnership, where WRIS continues to provide server management, data processing, and WordPress support for various UPenn initiatives.
